FatBoyZ Crew

FatBoyZ Dance formed in November 2009, they are all trained by the amazing choreographer Liam Dawett. They entered their first competitive
competition after 4 months and won 1st place in the South East Region.
In June 2010, FatBoyZ Crew entered the Southern Region Qualifier Competition and won 1st place resulting in representing UK in Eurpean Championship
in Paris. Also in June, Pure Productions staged a show called Dance Explosion for the second year running it was a total sell out, FatBoyZ Crew
featured heavily in this production.
In July 2010 FatBoyZ Dance headlined Basingstoke Live with Bollywood and Street Dance acts. In Jan 2010 Liam Dawett ran a workshop which
was open to the public at the Aquadrome in Basingstoke to raise money for the Haiti eathquake, Liam raised over £500.
FatBoyZ Crew impressed and made it to the judges round for Sky One's GOT TO DANCE in October 2011.
Liquid Night Club was the venue of the finals of a talent show where Liam and his sister Shivani formed part of the judges. FatBoyZ Crew also
danced infront of 300 people live on stage at the Liquid Night Club in November 2010.
The next year in 2011 FatBoyZ Crew entered the SDI Championship in a Street Dance competition and walked away winning 1st place.
In March, FatBoyZ Crew had the pleasure of representing UK in European Championships in Paris.
The next month FatBoyZ Crew entered the southern Region in Oxford and won 6 trophies of which 5 of them were for 1st place.
During the month FatBoyZ Crew worked alongside 'Fugitive' at the Pure Night Club.
Pure Productions once again organised a sell out show called 'Dance Explosion' in June 2011. This showcased many dancers and once again
FatBoyZ Dance featured heavily and managed to impressed on the night.
World Party in the Park is a spectacular world arts education programme and event for families to celebrate the talents and diverse cultural
traditions of the people who live and work in North Hampshire. FatBoyZ danced infront of thousands of people and took it in their stride.
Once again Basingstoke Live 2011 called upon FatBoyZ Dance to perform on the main stage, also performing solo and Duo acts were Liam and Shivani.
In July 2011, Pure Production created a Street Dance Xtreme show which showcased some of the top UK street dance specialists.
Liam and Shivani were competing for the best street dance act. There were many acts from various dance schools performing on the main stage including
our very own FatBoyZ Dance.
In August, FatBoyZ Dance entered the competition 'Has Reading Got Talent' they had to impress famous judges from John Madeski (Chairman of Reading FC)
to Danyl Johnson (from X-FACTOR).
